RESOLVED THAT Council recess the current Council meeting to move Page 1 of 8 Regular Council Meeting Minutes - March 2, 2020 forward with the Public Meeting regarding Zoning By-law Amendments.

RESOLVED THAT Council reconvene to the current regular Council Meeting on March 2, 2020.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the amendments to By-law 10-2016 "the Zoning By-law" to rezone the affected lands (Pit #6692 & Pit #604081) from Environment Protection (EP) Zone" to "Extractive Uses (EX) Zone" in order to permit the expansions of an existing operations and that the appropriate by-law be brought forward. RESOLVED THAT Council Deferred this resolution.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the 2019 Tax Write Offs.

RESOLVED THAT Council accept the 2019 Council Remuneration Report.

RESOLVED THAT Council sign the Amending Agreement with Automotive Materials in order to continue to receive payments for the collection of automotive materials.

RESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the Special Council Meetings held February 11th, and February 24, 2020 and the Minutes of the Regular Council Meeting held February 18th, 2020 be approved as presented.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the General Disbursements for the month ending December 31, 2019 batch numbers 110-2019, 114-2019, & 117-2019 in the amount of $362,509.50 be approved.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the attendance of 5 members of council to attend the one day cultural awareness training workshop on April 14th, 15th or 16th, 2020 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve to amend By-law No 14-2017, to authorize the Municipality to enter into an agreement with Automotive Materials Stewardship Inc. AMS

RESOLVED THAT Council approve to amend By-law No. 14-2016, for Expansion to Aggregate Pit #6692 belonging to the Township of Schreiber.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve to amend the By-law 14-2016, for Expansion to Aggregrate Pit #604081 belonging to Norcon Construction.

RESOLVED THAT Council proceed to in camera in order to address pertaining to: • Meeting Minutes from February 3 and February 18th, 2020. • One matter under the security of the property of the municipality of local board Re: Lease with Terrace Bay Enterprises LTD. • One matter concerning personnel matters about identifiable individuals, including municipal or local board employees Re: Discussions of performance evaluations for Non-union & management staff
