RESOLVED THAT Council approve the transfer payment with Her Majesty the Queen in right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing for the Municipal Modernization Program Transfer Payment Agreement and the appropriate bylaw be brought forward.

RESOLVED THAT Council Sponsor a Bursary in the amount of $1000.00 for a student graduating from Lake Superior High School and who is a resident of Terrace Bay; AND FURTHER THAT the criteria for selection of the student remain the same as in previous years.
