Regular Council

RESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the Special Council Meeting (1st Electronic Meeting) and Special Council Meeting (2nd Electronic Meeting) held April 13, 2020 be approved as presented.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the Payroll Register for February 2020 - Pay Period 3 & 4 in the amount of $86,608.45 be approved.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the General Disbursements for the month ending March 31, 2020 batch numbers 28-2020, 31-2020, 32- 2020, 36-2020, 37-2020, & 39-2020 in the amount of $378,083.38 be approved.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the annual request and agreement from the Thunder Bay Autosport Club for the use of the property at the Terrace Bay Airport on July 24, 25 & 26, 2020.

RESOLVED THAT Council proceed in camera in order to address matters pertaining to: Under the Municipal Act, 2001 S. 239 One matter under personal matters about an indentifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees re: municipal staffing during COVID-19

RESOLVED THAT the in-camera session adjourn to open Council Meeting.

RESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn at 7:51 p.m.
