RESOLVED THAT Council approve the Bylaw to amend Bylaw 10-2016 “the Zoning Bylaw” respecting the allowance of a home-based business in the form of a personal service shop within the existing permitted dwelling and that the appropriate amending bylaw be brought forward. RESOLVED THAT Council approve entering into an Agreement with Her Majesty the Queen in the right of the Province of Ontario, represented by the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs under the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program (ICP) Rural and Northern Stream for Reconstruction.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the appointments of Cassidy Mclean and Mitchell Kostecki for the position of “Volunteer Fire Fighter: to the Terrace Bay Fire Department.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the General Disbursements for the month ending May 31, 2020 batch numbers 54, 56, 58 & 61 in the amount of $173,270.29 be approved

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the Payroll Registers for April Pay Period 7, 8 & 9 in the amount of $126,802.71 and May Pay Period 10 & 11 in the amount of $81,999.03 be approved.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the request for the Township of Terrace Bay to release written permission to the Superior Classics Car Club to hold a “test n tune” event in July 2020 and if should the Provincial Government return to previous COVID-19 restrictions the event be cancelled.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the request from the Superior Classics Car Club for assistance in form of a loan with financing the glue cost until after the July 2020 Test and Tune.
