RESOLVED THAT Council approve a By-law to enter into a six (6) year Agreement between the Township of Terrace Bay and the Ontario Provincial Police under Section 10 of the Police Services Act with the 2021 estimated cost of $318,618.00

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the execution under bylaw entering into an Agreement with Her Majesty the Queen in the right of the Province of Ontario, represented by the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs under the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program (ICP) Rural and Northern Stream and Reconstruction of Mill Road and Bylaw 18-2020 be repealed in its entirety.

RESOLVED THAT the Council approve the General Disbursements for the month ending October 31, 2020 batch numbers 185, 187, 189, & 192 in the amount of $1,204,408.61 be approved.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the request from the Royal Canadian Legion Manitoba/NW Ontario Command in support of their Military Service Recognition Book by purchasing an advertisement in the amount of $395.24 plus HST for ¼ page (colour)

RESOLVED THAT Council approve a By-law to enter into a Transfer Payment Agreement with Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs under the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program Rural and Northern Funding Stream and the Corporation of the Township of Terrace Bay to be read a first, second and third time and finally passed, signed by the Mayor and Clerk, sealed and numbered on this 16th day of November 2020.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve a By-law to authorize the execution of an agreement between Her Majesty the Queen in the Right of Ontario as represented by the Solicitor General and the Corporation Of The Township of Terrace Bay for the Provision of Police Services, to be read a first, second and third time and finally passed, signed by the Mayor and Clerk, sealed and numbered on this 16th day of November 2020.

RESOLVED THAT Council proceed in camera in order to address matters pertaining to: Under the Municipal Act, 2001 S. 239 • one matter (1) regarding a position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiations carried on or to be carried on by or on behalf of the municipality or local board; Re: Terrace Bay Landfill • one (1) matter under advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose; Re: Purchase of land related to the Natural Gas Project • one (1) matter regarding Labour Relations or Employee Negotiations; Re: Negotiations with UNIFOR Local 229 • Minutes of the Closed Session Special Meeting, held on November 2, 2020
