RESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the Regular Council Meeting held Monday August 16, 2021, be approved as presented.

RESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the Special Council Meeting held Wednesday August 25, 2021, be approved as presented.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve a by-law to amend the Transfer Payment Agreement (By-law 16-2021) with the Province under the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program (ICIP) Rural Green Stream for Reconstruction of Kenogami Road Phase 2.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the CIMCO Refrigeration in the amount of $24,250 plus HST for the Arena – Brine Header Replacement.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the PCN-23 from RML Construction in the amount of $7,353.72 plus HST for the supply and installation of the VFD for the geothermal heating system.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the General Disbursements for the month ending August 31, 2021, batch numbers #85, #87, #89-2021 in the amount of $1,564,477.62

RESOLVED THAT a by-law to enter into a Transfer Payment Agreement (ICIP) Green Stream Kenogami Road Phase II – TPA Agreement with the Township of Terrace Bay be read a first, second and third time and finally passed, signed by the Mayor and Clerk, sealed and numbered on this 7th day of September 2021.
