RESOLVED THAT the Monday December 6, 2021, Agenda be approved with an addition. Communications Addition 8. c) 2022 USA Today Midwest Travel Guide

RESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the Regular Council Meeting held Monday November 1, 2021, be approved as presented.

RESOLVED THAT Council accept the By-law Enforcement Report as presented.

RESOLVED THAT Council appoint Dyanna Carpenter to the Terrace Bay Public Library Board.

RESOLVED THAT Council appoint Robert Sliter to the Community Development Committee.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the 2022 Fees and Charges and that the appropriate by-law be brought forward.

RESOLVED THAT Council accept the Variance Report as presented.

RESOLVED THAT Council accept the quote from Capital Financial Services/Manulife in the amount of $141,444.72 plus applicable taxes.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the partnership with Superior Country’s Terrace Bay MAT Committee to develop a Terrace Bay Marketing Plan with an expenditure of up to $10,000.

RESOLVED THAT Council, in accordance with the Conditional Funding Agreement between the Township of Terrace Bay and North of Superior Travel Association Inc. approve Superior Country and the Terrace Bay MAT Committee’s request to roll over the remaining MAT dollars from 2021 to 2022.

RESOLVED THAT the Council approve the Payroll Register for October 2021 Pay Period 21 & 22 in the amount of $93,655.27 be approved.

RESOLVED THAT the Council approve the Payroll Register for November 2021 Pay Period 23 & 24 in the amount of $89,570.30 be approved.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the General Disbursements for the month ending October 31, 2021, batch numbers #106, 108, 110, 112- 2021 in the amount of $685,625.53.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the General Disbursements for the month ending November 31, 2021, batch numbers #114, 115, 117, 119, 121, 123-2021 in the amount of $1,070,234.42.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the sponsor request from Waasaashirka Invoice for $16.95.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve 7 Members of Council to Attend the 2022 NOMA Conference April 27 to April 29, 2022.

RESOLVED THAT a by-law to approve a By-law to Establish 2022 Fees and Services provided by the Municipality be read a first, second and third time and finally passed, signed by the Mayor and Clerk, sealed and numbered on this 6th day of December 2021.

RESOLVED THAT the next Regular Council meeting will be held Monday December 20, 2021, at 6:30 in the Activity Room.

RESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn at 8:24 p.m.
