RESOLVED THAT Terrace Bay support NOMA's resolution granting Ontario Municipalities the same revenue tools as the City of Toronto including a Municipal Land Transfer Tax to be renamed Land Transfer Infrastructure Support. BE IT RESOLVED THAT this resolution be forwarded to the Province Minister of Finance Peter Bethlenfalvy, the Leaders of Provincial Opposition parties, the Ontario's Big City Mayors, RINA, OSUM, and FONOM.
