RESOLVED THAT the Tuesday February 22, 2022, Agenda be approved as presented.

RESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the Regular Council Meeting held Monday February 7, 2022, be approved as presented.

RESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the Special Council Meeting held Tuesday February 8, 2022, be approved as presented.

RESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the Special Council Meeting held Thursday February 17, 2022, be approved as presented.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the transfer payment agreement with Her Majesty the Queen in right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Northern Development and Mines, Natural Resources and Forestry and the appropriate by-law be brought forward.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the Payroll Register for December 2021 Pay Period 25 & 26 in the amount of $106,320.89 be approved.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the Payroll Register for January 2022 Pay Period 1 & 2 in the amount of $93,932.50 be approved.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the Payroll Register for February 2022 Pay Period 3 & 4 in the amount of $105,136.56 be approved.

RESOLVED THAT a by-law to enter into a Transfer Payment Agreement with the Majesty the Queen in the Right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Development and Mines, Natural Resources and Forestry and the Corporation of the Township of Terrace Bay be read a first, second and third time and finally passed, signed by the Mayor and Clerk, sealed and numbered on this 22nd day of February 2022.

RESOLVED THAT the next Regular Council meeting will be held Monday March 7, 2022, at 6:30 in the Activity Room.

RESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn at 6:48 p.m.
