RESOLVED THAT the Monday March 7, 2022, Agenda be approved as presented.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the Terrace Bay Asset Management Plan as amended.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the water rates for the 2022 year as presented and that the appropriate by-law be brought forward.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the 2022 Operating and Capital Budgets as presented and that the appropriate by-law be brought forward.

RESOLVED THAT Council support an application to the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation (NOHFC): Community Events Stream for Terrace Bay Municipal Events AND THAT council is committed to facilitating signature community events such as the 75th Anniversary Celebrations and Winterfest.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the General Disbursements for the month ending December 31, 2021, in the amount of $1,713,905.03

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the General Disbursements for the month ending January 31, 2022, in the amount of $744,853.07

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the request for assistance from the Superior Classics Car Club for the use of the Garbage Truck, Street Sweeper and grass cutting for the Test N Tune to be held on June 10, 11 and 12 and the Dragfest to be held on July 29, 30 and 31, 2022.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the donation request to the Terrace Bay Curling Club for the Open Bonspiel on the weekend of March 24, 2022.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the bylaw setting the Water Rates Commencing as of January 1, 2022 and to provide for the Billing and Collecting of these charges be read a first, second and third time and finally passed, signed by the Mayor and Clerk, sealed and numbered on this 7th day of March 2022.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve Being a By-law to adopt the estimates of all sums required for the year 2022 for the general purposed of The Corporation of The Township of Terrace Bay be read a first, second and third time and finally passed, signed by the Mayor and Clerk, sealed and numbered on this 7 day of March 2022.

RESOLVED THAT the next Regular Council meeting will be held Monday March 21, 2022, at 6:30 in the Activity Room.
