RESOLVED THAT the Monday May 16, 2022, Agenda be approved as presented.

RESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the Regular Council Meeting held Monday May 2, 2022, be approved as presented.

RESOLVED THAT Council grant the request for donation of $1000.00 made by the Southridge Rink Volunteers to be taken out of Council's grants and donations account.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the employment contract of Bernie LeBlanc, Taylor Paulsen and Paul Dennis as the Certified Bear Trappers from May 1, 2022, to November 1, 2022, for the Township of Terrace Bay.

RESOLVED THAT Council accept the 2022 Trestle Ridge Ski Hill Report as presented.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the purchase of a new wet well water pump to replace the failed motor.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the signing of the listing agreements with W. Krystia from RE/MAX Generations Reality.

RESOLVED THAT Council accept the Household Hazardous Waste Day report as presented.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the General Disbursements for the month ending April 2022 in the amount of $193,740.39.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the annual request and agreement from the Thunder Bay Autosport Club for the use of the property at the Terrace Bay Airport on July 22,23, & 24 2022 & August 26 & 27 2022 and the appropriate by-law be brought forward to the next regular Council meeting.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the Lake Superior High School 2022 graduating students from Terrace Bay with either a corsage or boutonniere.

RESOLVED THAT Council authorize the Township of Terrace Bay to sign the Listing Agreements with W. Krysta of RE/MAX Generations Reality be read a first second and third time finally passed this 16th day of May 2022.

RESOLVED THAT the next Regular Council meeting will be held Monday June 6, 2022, at 6:30 in the Activity Room.

RESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn at 7:34 p.m.
