RESOLVED THAT the Monday June 6, 2022, Agenda be approved with the addition of 5. iv) Public Works: Final Spring Street Sweeping Notice and move Information Item 8. a) Free Public Transportation on Election Day to Communication Item 7.d)

RESOLVED THAT Council accept the offer of $12,000 from Ms. McKay for the surplus property Roll# 5854 0000 0238 6000 000, Plan M329 Lot 256 Eastgrove Cres. and that the appropriate by- law authorizing the sale agreement be brought forward.

RESOLVED THAT Council accept options 1.2 and 2.1, vest both properties in the name of the Municipality within 2 years, write off all outstanding balances and attempt to sell the vested properties as surplus property.

RESOLVED THAT Council accept the Arena Brine Pump Report as presented.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the list of surplus items as attached and that they be advertised as per the Procurement By- law 18,2021.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the enforcement of the "fouling of the highways provisions of bylaw 29-2014 be suspended with respect to spring lawn care until spring municipal sweeping operations have concluded.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the Payroll Register for March 2022 Pay Period 5, 6, & 7 in the amount of $144,239.58

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the Payroll Register for May 2022 Pay Period 10 & 11 in the amount of $96,049.24

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the General Disbursements for the month ending May 2022 in the amount of $507,126.05

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the request of a Pride Flag raising for the month of June on an annual basis and a small donation of $13 to Thunder Pride for the purchase of a 3’ x 5’ flag.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the financial donation of $384.22 towards the rental fee of 5 hours for the Michael King Hall for the St. Martins of Tours Catholic Woman’s League – Annual Fall Bazaar on Saturday October 1st, 2022.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve a by-law to enter into an agreement with the Thunder Bay Autosport Club and The Corporation of the Township of Terrace Bay be read a first, second and third time and finally passed, signed by the Mayor and Clerk, sealed and numbered on this 6 day of June 2022.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve a by-law to authorize The Corporation of the Township of Terrace Bay to enter into a agreement with B. McKay for the purchase of the Property Lot 256 Plan M329 on Eastgrove Cres, Terrace Bay be read a first, second and third time and finally passed, signed by the Mayor and Clerk, sealed and numbered on this 6h day of June, 2022.
