RESOLVED THAT the Wednesday August 17, 2022, Agenda be approved as presented.

RESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the Regular Council Meeting held Tuesday August 2, 2022, be approved as presented.

RESOLVED THAT Council to accept the Short-Term Accommodations report as presented and provide further direction.

RESOLVED THAT Council declare the subject properties as surplus: • PLAN M124 LOT 1 TO 6 PCL 9019 PIN #624570314 (Simcoe Plaza) • 55R- 11734, Lot 1 (Millennium Road) • Plan M329 Lot 256 (Eastgrove Cres.) AND THAT Council approve the signing of the listing agreements for the subject properties with W. Krystia from RE/MAX Generations Realty; AND THAT the appropriate by-law be brought forward.

RESOLVED THAT Council accepts the “Integrity Commissioners Report 2021” as received.

RESOLVED THAT Council authorize the by-law to permit the Township of Terrace Bay to enter into the Listening Agreements with W. Krystia of RE/MAX Generations Reality be read a fist second and third time and finally passed this 17th day of August 2022.

RESOLVED THAT the next Regular Council meeting will be held Tuesday September 6, 2022, at 6:30 in the Council Chamber.
