RESOLVED THAT the Tuesday September 6, 2022, Agenda be approved as presented.

RESOLVED THAT Council accept the report on the use of Corporate Resources during an Election Period as presented.

RESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the Regular Council Meeting held Wednesday August 17, 2022, be approved as presented.

RESOLVED THAT Council accept the Restricted Acts Following Nomination Day Report as presented.

RESOLVED THAT Council authorize the attendance of all members of council to the upcoming Thunder Bay District Municipal League meeting to be held in Thunder Bay Sep 22 -23 2022.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the General Disbursements for the month ending August 2022 in the amount of $390,009.33

RESOLVED THAT Council proceed in camera in order to address a matter pertaining to: Minutes from the previous in-camera session One (1) matter with respect to litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board; Re: Terrace Bay Landfill One (1) matter with respect to a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board; Re: Residential Property Sales

RESOLVED THAT the in-camera session adjourn to open Council meeting.
