RESOLVED THAT the Monday October 17, 2022, Agenda be approved as presented.

RESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the Regular Council Meeting held Monday October 3, 2022, be approved as presented.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the “Electronic Monitoring of Employees Policy” as presented and that the appropriate by-law be brought forward.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the signing of the listing agreements for 16 Elizabeth Ave. and 8 Terrace Heights Dr. with W. Krystia from RE/MAX Generations Reality and that the appropriate by-law be brought forward.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the fee increase for seniors’ snow removal plowing to $17 per occurrence for the 2022/2023 snow season.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the 2023 budget plan as presented.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the donation in the amount of $820.00 from the Thunder Bay Autosport Club to North Shore Harvest Cupboard in the amount of $820.00 for the annual use of the airport during their annual event held on August 27, 2022.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve A by-law to adopt a policy with respect to the Township of Terrace Bay’s Municipal Policy Manual By-law 7-86 - Schedule C-1-14 to Disconnect from Work Policy be read a first second and third time and finally passed this 17th day of October 2022.

RESOLVED THAT RESOLVED THAT Council authorize the Township of Terrace Bay to sign the Listening Agreements with W. Krystia of RE/MAX Generations Reality be read a fist second and third time and finally passed this 17th day of October 2022.

RESOLVED THAT the final Regular Council meeting for the 2018 – 2022 term of Council be held Monday November 7, 2022, at 6:30 in the Council Chambers.
