RESOLVED THAT Council adopt an updated policy and procedures for the use of flags and for the raising and lowering of flags for Township sites and facilities, and that the appropriate by-law be brought forward.

RESOLVED THAT under the act, Council is appointed as the “Head” of the institution for MFIPPA purposes, AND THAT Council delegate its powers and authorizes the Municipal Clerk to act as “Head” of the municipality for the purpose of administering the Municipal Freedom of Information and Privacy Act and for decisions made thereunder/ AND THAT the appropriate by-law be brought forward.

RESOLVED that Council approve entering into MOU agreement with Destination Northern Ontario for a Bilingual Community Way Finding Signage Partnership in Terrace Bay and that the appropriate by-law be brought forward.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the request from Parks Canada for a visitor license agreement to provide education programs on certain areas within the Township of Terrace Bay, as presented and that the appropriate by-law be brought forward.

RESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the Public Meeting held Monday April 19, 2021 be approved as presented.

RESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the Special Council Meeting held Monday May 17, 2021 be approved as presented.

RESOLVED THAT the Council approve the Payroll Register for March 2021 Pay Period 5 & 6 in the amount of $83,613.38 be approved. Page 5 of 10 Regular Council Meeting Minutes - June 7, 2021

.RESOLVED THAT the Council approve the Payroll Register for April 2021 Pay Period 7, 8 & 9 in the amount of $127,169.86 be approved.

.RESOLVED THAT the Council approve the Payroll Register for May 2021 Pay Period 10 & 11 in the amount of $86,510.47 be approved.

RESOLVED THAT the Council approve the General Disbursements for the month ending May 31, 2021 batch numbers #48, 50, 52, 54-2021 in the amount of $418,516.22 be approved.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the by-law to authorize the appointment of the Municipal Clerk as "Head" of the Municipality for the sole purpose of administration of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection Act. R.S.O. 1990 be read a first, second and third time and finally passed, signed by the Mayor and Clerk, sealed and numbered on this 7 day of June 2021.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve to enter into a License Agreement with her Majesty the Queen, in right of Canada, represented by the Minister of the Environment for the purpose of the Parks Canada Agency, be read a first, second and third time and finally passed, signed by the Mayor and Clerk, sealed and numbered on this 7 day of June 2021.
