RESOLVED THAT Council approve the agreement for engineering/consulting services with KSGS Group for the Mill Road Reconstruction Project under the ICP Rural Northern Program and the appropriate bylaw be brought forward.

RESOLVED THAT a Bylaw to enter into an Engineering Services Agreement with KGS Group and the Corporation of the Township of Terrace Bay for the Mill Road Reconstruction Project be read a first, second and third time and finally passed, signed by the Mayor and CAP/Clerk sealed and numbered on this 8th day May, 2020.
