Page 1 of 3 Special Council Meeting Minutes - November 26, 2020 RESOLVED THAT Council approve the execution of an agreement of sale between the Township of Terrace Bay and AV Terrace Bay Inc. for part of the lands legally described as Part Location JK300 Strey, being PIN 62457-1226 (to be surveyed), and to be comprised of 40 acres, more or less and fronting on the east side of Highway 174, for the amount of $41,000 plus applicable taxes; AND THAT the appropriate bylaw be brought forward.
