RESOLVED THAT Council approve the application to rezone the subject lands (Plan M329 Lot 146 aka 18 Timbergrove Crt.) from “Low Density Residential (LDR) Zone” to the "Low Density Residential Exception Four (LDR-X4) Zone” to permit a short-term accommodation as well as recognize a reduced minimum lot frontage of approximately 14.8 metres as it is consistent with the PPS and other Provincial Plans, and conforms to the OP.
