RESOLVED THAT the Monday January 15, 2024 agenda be approved as presented.

RESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the Regular Council Meeting held Monday December 18, 2023 be approved as amended.

RESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the Special Council Meeting held Monday January 08, 2024 be approved as presented.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the water rates for the 2024 year as presented and that the appropriate by-law be brought forward.

RESOLVED THAT Council enter into the Conditional Contribution Agreement with NOHFC for the People and Talent Program, and that the appropriate by-law be brought forward.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the Payroll Register for November 2023 Pay Period 23 & 24 in the amount of $91,873.88

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the Payroll Register for December 2023 Pay Period 25 & 26 in the amount of $104,300.72

RESOLVED THAT A by-law to enter into a Conditional Contribution Agreement with NOHFC for the People and Talent Program be read a first, second and third time and finally passed, signed by the Mayor and Clerk, sealed and numbered on this 15th day of January 2024.

RESOLVED THAT A by-law to establish Water Rates Commencing as of January 1, 2024, and to Provide for the Billing and Collection of these Charges, be read a first, second and third time and finally passed, signed by the Mayor and Clerk, sealed and numbered on this 15th day of January 2024.

RESOLVED THAT Council proceed in camera in order to address: 1. Minutes from the previous Regular Council Closed Sessions held Monday December 4, 2023 and Monday December 18, 2023 2. One (1) matter concerning a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board; Re: Offer to purchase a parcel of land owned by the Township.

RESOLVED THAT the next Regular Council Meeting be held on Monday February 5, 2024.
