RESOLVED THAT the Monday February 5, 2024 agenda be approved as presented.

RESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the Regular Council Meeting held January 15, 2024 be approved as presented.

RESOLVED THAT Council direct Administration to pursue a grant through the Federal Economic Development Agency for Northern Ontario (FEDNOR) to develop a new strategic plan for the community. Page 2 of 6 Regular Council Meeting Minutes - February 5, 2024

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the revised budget plan as presented.

RESOLVED THAT Council accepts the report on the January 28, 2024 heating oil fuel spill and cleanup.

RESOLVED THAT Council support an application to the Ontario Trillium Foundation Capital Grant Stream to upgrade the Township's existing tennis courts into a multi-sport area AND THAT this project will foster physically active lifestyles in Terrace Bay by increasing the number of publicly accessible recreation opportunities.

RESOLVED THAT Council approves he awarding of the roofing tender to Lakehead Roofing in the amounts of $139,360 for the Water Treatment Plant, $169,000 for the Firehall, $229,000 for the Public Works Garage for a total of $537,360 AND THAT the work be granted pre-budget approval to commence as necessary AND THAT the amounts be included in the 2024 Budget.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the General Disbursements for the month ending December 2023 in the amount of $321,597.97

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the General Disbursements for the month ending January 2024 in the amount of $558,806.86

RESOLVED THAT Council move the next portion of this meeting in- camera to discuss: approval of previous in-camera minutes and one (1) matter pertaining to personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees; Re: HR Matter
