RESOLVED THAT Council approve the agenda for the Regular Council meeting held February 3, 2025 as presented.

RESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the Regular Council Meeting held January 13, 2025 be approved as presented.

RESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the Special Council Meeting held January 17, 2025 be approved as presented.

RESOLVED THAT Council officially adopt the 2025 - 2029 Strategic Plan and that the appropriate by-law be brought forward.

RESOLVED THAT Council support an application to the Ontario Trillium Foundation Capital Grant Stream to replace the Curling Club's dehumidifier.

RESOLVED THAT Council accept this report is presented as information only.

RESOLVED THAT Council accepts the funding and enters into the agreement with HIS MAJESTY THE KING IN RIGHT OF ONTARIO as represented by the Office of the Fire Marshal AND THAT the appropriate by-law be brought forward.

RESOLVED THAT a by-law to adopt the 2025-2029 Terrace Bay Strategic Plan be read a first, second and third time and finally passed signed by the Mayor and Clerk, sealed and numbered on this 3rd day of February, 2025.

RESOLVED THAT a by-law to enter into an agreement with HIS MAJESTY THE KING IN RIGHT OF ONTARIO as represented by the Office of the Fire Marshal for the Ontario Fire Grant Transfer Payment Agreement be read a first, second and third time and finally passed, signed by the Mayor and Clerk, sealed and numbered on this 3rd day of February, 2025.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the provision of Township administrative assistance to Trestle Ridge Ski Hill operations for the 2026 season.

RESOLVED THAT Council move the next portion of this meeting in- camera at 19:29 PM to discuss: 1. Approval of Minutes of the previous in-camera sessions held on January 13, 2025 and January 17, 2025. 2. One (1) matter advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose; RE: Lease of the Terrace Bay Airport. 3. One (1) matter with respect to personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees; RE: Significant Employee Milestone AND THAT Council now recess for 5 mins.

RESOLVED THAT the next Regular Meeting of Council be held on February 18, 2025.
