Regular Council

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the agenda for the Regular Council Meeting held March 3, 2025 as presented.

RESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the Regular Council Meeting held February 18, 2025 be approved as presented.

RESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the Special Council Meeting held February 20, 2025 be approved as presented.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the 2025 Operating and Capital budgets as presented and that the appropriate by-law be brought forward.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the creation of a Community Beautification Committee and directs Administration to advertise the initiative.

RESOLVED THAT Council, in accordance with the Conditional Funding Agreement between the Township of Terrace Bay and North of Superior Travel Association Inc. (o/a Superior Country), approve Superior Country's Terrace Bay MAT Committee’s request to roll over the remaining MAT dollars from 2024 to 2025.

RESOLVED THAT a By-law to adopt the estimate of all sums required for the year 2025, for general purposes of the Corporation of the Township of Terrace Bay be read a first, second and third time and finally passed signed by the Mayor and Clerk, sealed and numbered on this 3rd day of March 2025.

RESOLVED THAT Council move the next portion of this meeting in- camera at 19:13PM to discuss: 1. Approval of the Minutes from the previous in-camera session February 18, 2025. 2. One (1) matter concerning personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees; Management and Non-Union Evaluations AND THAT Council now recess for 5 minutes.

RESOLVED THAT the next Regular Meeting of Council will be held on March 17, 2025.
