RESOLVED THAT Council approve the agenda for the Regular Council Meeting held June 16, 2025 as presented.

RESOLVED THAT Council move the next portion of this meeting in- camera at 6:01 PM to discuss: 1. One (1) matter with respect to labour relations or employee negotiations; Re: CUPE Grievance Process

RESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the Regular Council Meeting held June 2, 2025 be approved as presented.

RESOLVED THAT Council accept the additional funding and enters into the agreement with HIS MAJESTY THE KING IN RIGHT OF ONTARIO as represented by the Office of the Fire Marshall AND THAT the appropriate by-law be brought forward.

RESOLVED THAT Council approves a new yard maintenance by-law with an application to the Ministry of the Attorney General for the inclusion of set fines AND THAT the appropriate by-law and corresponding resolution be brought forward.

RESOLVED THAT Council accept the variance report from the Treasurer as information.

RESOLVED THAT Council supports an application to Municipal Housing Infrastructure Program – Health and Safety Water Stream (MHIP-HSWS) for the rehabilitation of all water- infrastructure along Hudson Drive and Birch Crescent. And that if successful, Council commits to funding Terrace Bay’s portion of eligible project costs as well as project overruns.

RESOLVED THAT Council adopt the Levels of Service Framework, as presented.

RESOLVED THAT Council receive this report as information only.

RESOLVED THAT Council look into facilitating a dinner for the Terry Fox Foundation and the Michael King Hall be donated for the event.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve supporting the Royal Canadian Legion Manitoba/NW Ontario Command "Military Service Recognition Book" with a 1/4 page Color ad for $455.00.

RESOLVED THAT Council hereby authorizes a new Yard Maintenance By-law which regulates yard maintenance, vegetation, storage, litter on property and general health and safety matters; AND FURTHER, THAT an application be made to the Ministry of the Attorney General, for an Order approving the set fines which are attached to this Resolution for the offences under the Yard Maintenance By-law 22-2025; AND FURTHER, THAT the CAO/Clerk is authorized to make any changes that may be required by the Ministry of the Attorney General to obtain such set fine order;

RESOLVED THAT A By-law to authorize a new Yard Maintenance By- law be read a first, second and third time and finally passed, signed by the Mayor and Clerk, sealed and numbered on this 16th days of June, 2025.

RESOLVED THAT Council move the next portion of this meeting in- camera at 7:35 PM to discuss: 1. Minutes from the previous in-camera session held on June 2, 2025; 2. One (1) matter with respect to labour relations or employee negotiations; Re: HR Matter in respect of disciplinary action AND THAT Council will now recess for 5 minutes.
