RESOLVED THAT Council approve the agenda for the Regular Council Meeting held October 20, 2025 amended as follows: Move: Item 6 b) Aguasabon Chamber Membership Review to the top as Item 6 a) Page 1 of 7 Regular Council Meeting Minutes - October 20, 2025 Additions: Item 6 d) Appointment of Student Councillor Item 6 e) ROMA Delegations

RESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the Regular Council Meeting held October 6, 2025 be approved as presented.

RESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the Special Council Meeting held October 10, 2025 be approved as presented.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the renewal of the Township's membership to the Aguasabon Chamber for 2025- 2026.

WHEREAS October 19 to 25, 2025 is Local Government Week in Ontario, an opportunity to reflect on the vital services delivered by municipal governments; and AND WHEREAS municipal governments play a vital role in helping to define the character, priorities, physical make up, and quality of life of communities across Ontario; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT I, Councillor Gary Adduono, acting Mayor and on behalf of Mayor Malashewski and the Township of Terrace Bay Council, do hereby join with partners such as the Association of Municipal Managers, Clerks and Treasurers of Ontario (AMCTO) in acknowledging and celebrating the work of local municipalities by proclaiming October 19 to 25, 2025 as ‘Local Government Week’ in the Township of Terrace Bay.

RESOLVED THAT Council accept the offer of $20,000 from 777628 Ontario Ltd. for the surplus property, Roll# 585400000103301; PLAN M225 LOT 10 S CAMP RD; and that the appropriate by-law authorizing the sale agreement be brought forward.

RESOLVED THAT Council appoint Marleigh McGrath as a Student Councillor for the 2025-2026 School year.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve the recruitment new members to the Community Development Committee and that applicants be brought forward to a future meeting for Council approval.

RESOLVED THAT Council move forward with closing-in the TIC building for the winter, utilizing our current grant and contractors and explore other funding sources to offset the new costs associated with the TIC roof structure and outer wall repairs.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve a donation of $500.00 to the Christmas Hamper Campaign.

RESOLVED THAT Council approve By-law 31-2025, to authorize the Township to enter into an agreement for the sale of surplus property, Roll# 585400000103301; PLAN M225 LOT 10 S CAMP RD, be read a first, second and third time and finally passed, signed by the Mayor and Clerk, sealed and numbered on this 20th day of October 2025.

RESOLVED THAT the next Regular Meeting of Council is to be held on November 3, 2025.

RESOLVED THAT we now adjourn at 19:27PM.
